Spooktacular attendees will register at ?Halloween Headquarters?, located at 2342 N Clark, and delight in FREE refreshments, crafts and games before embarking on a trick-or-treating trek to participating businesses throughout the community. While loading up on tasty treasures, participants will encounter plenty of surprises along the way; mesmerizing magicians, balloon twist artists, jugglers and scary stilt walkers will amaze and amuse our costumed revelers during their tour.
