    Illinois' larges FREE family street festival with 11 show stages, featuring Richard Marx, The Miracles, Joe Diffie, The Spinners, Natalie Grant, The Romantics and one hundred stage and street attractions, all free. Now in its 24th year the festival entertains 300,000 people within 22 city blocks of downtown Decatur, Illinois. The Decatur Celebration offers 70 one of a kind food vendors, 100 arts and crafters, The National Abraham Lincoln Lookalike Competition, the Midwest Rail Splitting Competition, a televised parade, Illinois' largest childrens play area, with the Tinsley Super Carnival
