    Harvest Daze, which takes place on the grounds of the Old Courthouse Museum, will have its official opening Friday, Oct. 2, with a fish fry; Harvest Daze continues Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 3 and 4. Returning events include the 9th Annual Car Show, the 12th annual antique tractor show, scarecrow contest, pumpkin carving contest, bake sale in the Victorian parlor, people's choice talent show, 5K scarecrow run/walk and various entertainment.
